Staff Wellbeing Meeting
Staff wellbeing and engagement are central to how we work. We believe supporting our carers goes beyond filling shifts. It means staying connected, listening, and offering guidance at every stage of their work with us.
We hold regular check-ins, meetings, and one-to-one supervision sessions to ensure our carers feel supported and confident in their roles. These sessions provide a safe space to discuss placements, share feedback, raise concerns, and reflect on their experiences.
Our supervision process focuses on well-being, professional development, and maintaining high standards of care. We use these conversations to offer guidance, address challenges early, and ensure carers feel valued and listened to.
By maintaining open communication and ongoing support, we build strong relationships with our carers, improve job satisfaction, and support consistent, high-quality care for the people and services we work with.
